Training Sessions & Activities
Our coaching team is made up of a number of EA EA-qualified run leaders, BTF BTF-qualified coaches and British cycling coaches.
We hold several training sessions throughout the week, as well as impromptu sessions organised between members.
All training sessions are booked in advance except for our weekly club run on Wednesday evenings.
If you’d like to try us out, please note that all sessions and events are open to adults aged 18 and over.
